Waterview Gosford Motor Inn is seeking a reliable, qualified and responsible Casual Receptionistto join our team for evening shifts.

n

This role would suit someone who is friendly, organised, calm under pressure and comfortable working independently.

n

We are currently looking for someone available for 2–3 evenings per week, either:

n

- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
n
- Tuesday and Wednesday
n

n

Shift times are generally around 4–5pm until 9–10pm, depending on the season and occupancy.

n

Pay: $33.85 per hour (Casual Level 2), plus applicable penalty rates and loadings in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award.

Key Responsibilities

- Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
n
- Answering phone and email enquiries
n
- Processing payments and managing reservations
n
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
n
- General reception and administrative duties
n
- Managing guest requests and enquiries during the shift
n
- Closing reception at the end of the evening
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- Previous experience in reception, administration, hospitality or customer service preferred
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Friendly and professional manner
n
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
n
- Basic computer and administrative skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
n
- Must be available Tuesday and Wednesday evenings
n
- Monday evening availability is highly desirable
n
- Reliable, responsible and punctual
n

Training

n

The successful candidate will undergo a paid training and assessment period of up to two weeks to become familiar with our reception procedures, reservation system and day-to-day operations.
