We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a great attitude to join our team on a full‐time, permanent basis, based out of our Mackay depot, servicing Mackay QLD.

n

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for working with commercial and residential customers to keep their premises pest‐free.

n

Duties

n

n
- Inspecting client premises thoroughly for any sign of pests
n
- Carrying out measures as required to eliminate the pests
n
- Identifying sales leads in the region where possible
n
- Building rapport with and communicating with clients regarding the eradication and prevention process
n
- Developing and maintaining long‐term customer relationships
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- Current and valid Australian open/full driver's licence
n
- Eligible to work full‐time in Australia
n
- Availability for possible overnight stays in remote areas
n
- Hold a current Pest Control License
n
- Excellent customer service skills to manage,



maintain, and build upon client relationships
n
- Communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
n
- Physically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
n
- High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
n
- An ability to consistently work within both our client's and Rentokil's safety parameters
n
- Confident using a mobile phone service app / tablet
n
