Lektrix is a fast-growing Geelong electrical and property maintenance business, and we're hunting a gun Admin & Scheduling Coordinator to be the beating heart of our operation.

You're the link between "quote accepted" and "team on the doorstep." A job lands, you catch it, book it, send the right sparky, and keep the customer in the loop the whole way. Nothing moves through this business without going through you - and that's exactly how you like it. This is your calendar to run.

A day in your world:

- Own the master schedule - every job, every tech, every day
n
- Turn accepted quotes into booked, dispatched jobs quick - customers hear from us within 24 hours, every time
n
- Match the right sparky to the right job
n
- Keep customers in the loop - confirmations, ETAs, the "we're running 30 late" call
n
- Dispatch the crew with everything they need: address, scope, contact, access
n
- Juggle the curveballs - emergencies,



reschedules - without dropping a ball

- Coordinate rental safety-check bookings from property managers
n

You're who we want if you:

- Have run scheduling, dispatch or coordination before - trades, construction or field services is ideal
n
- Stay ice-cool when the day goes sideways
n
- Can talk to anyone - warm on the phone, sharp on email
n
- Are ruthlessly organised (nothing slips)
n
- Back yourself to make the call and push back when a request doesn't fit
n
- Know your way around job-management software - Simpro is a big tick
n

What you get:

- $80,000-$90,000 + super for the right person

- Full-time, 40 hours, based in our Breakwater office
