About the Role

n

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a medium-density residential project, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met. You will work closely with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality homes.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Oversee all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
n
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
n
- Conduct quality control checks and site inspections
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues to keep the project moving
n
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal stakeholders
n

Requirements To Apply

- Proven experience supervising medium-density residential projects
n
- Solid leadership and communication skills
n
- Knowledge of WHS requirements and Australian building regulations
n
- Ability to problem-solve and make quick, informed decisions
n
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes
n
- Relevant qualifications in building and construction
