UGL is seeking an Enterprise Safety Leader to shape safety outcomes across a national portfolio, partnering with the EGM and CIMIC leadership. The role blends strategic governance with field engagement, spanning utilities, energy, resources and defence sectors.

You'll spend time in the field, supporting leaders and safety teams to strengthen critical controls and culture across a 3,000+ workforce, while driving safety performance and governance improvements.
