Job Description

Arts Centre Melbourne is seeking a Manager, Ticketing Systems to oversee the Ticketing Systems team and ensure delivery of day-to-day ticketing operations.

You will lead a team of Ticketing Specialists and a Coordinator, drive system improvements, coach staff, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver premium service to presenters and customers while analysing data to drive initiatives.
