TwoScots Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading education provider in their search for an Insurance Officer to join their team. This 6-month contract opportunity offers the chance to support the management of a large insurance portfolio, working closely with internal stakeholders, schools and external brokers to coordinate claims, policy administration and insurance-related activities across the organisation.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Insurance Administrator, Claims Coordinator or Insurance Officer who enjoys stakeholder engagement, has robust attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate and manage insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution
n
- Liaise with insurance brokers, schools and internal stakeholders
n
- Maintain insurance policy records and documentation
n
- Support policy renewals,



endorsements and premium reconciliations
n
- Track claims progress and maintain accurate reporting
n
- Assist with insurance-related compliance and audit requirements
n
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on insurance processes and documentation requirements
n
- Prepare reports relating to claims trends, insurance performance and risk exposure
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in an Insurance Officer, Claims Coordinator, Insurance Administrator or similar role
n
- Strong understanding of insurance products, policies and claims processes
n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities
n
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a broader team
n
- Experience within a multi-site or service-based environment highly regarded
n
