An exciting prospect has arisen to join the Commercial Litigation practice of a leading international law firm in Melbourne.

Working as part of a highly regarded disputes team, you'll advise multinational corporates, financial institutions and major domestic and international clients on a broad range of complex commercial disputes. The role offers exposure to high-value litigation, shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations and other business-critical contentious matters, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on sophisticated, market-leading mandates.

Requirements

n
- 2-4 years' PQE gained at a leading Australian, UK, U.S. or international law firm.
n
- Experience advising on commercial litigation, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations,



financial services disputes or other complex contentious matters.
n
- Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
n
- Experience managing matters and building strong client relationships in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
n
- A commercial mindset and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
