Job Description

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the strategy for a multi-site property group. This is a strategic, desk-based role: you'll be setting direction, analysing performance and directing agencies rather than producing content or running events in office.

What You'll Be Doing

- Own and execute the digital marketing strategy across a portfolio of properties
n
- Direct and hold external agencies accountable to performance targets across SEO, SEM, social and email
n
- Build and interpret marketing dashboards, track ROI and report to stakeholders on what's working and what isn't
n
- Guide property teams remotely on the centralised marketing tools and platforms available to them
n
- Manage marketing budgets and reconcile spend across the portfolio each month
n
- Conduct competitor pricing reviews and SWOT analysis to inform strategy for existing sites and new developments
n
- Ensure website content and pricing accuracy across the digital booking experience

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Strong grasp of digital and social analytics, SEO and SEM,



with the confidence to direct and challenge agencies on performance
n
- Comfortable owning a multi-site portfolio from a desk
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within the property sector
n
- Sharp with numbers: budgets, ROI reporting, UTM tracking and dashboard management
n
- A confident communicator who can influence property teams and lead external agencies alike
n
- Valid National Police Check and full Australian working rights required
n
