Job Description

Queensland Alumina Limited (QAL) invites applications for Boiler / Steam Generator Operators in Gladstone, Central Queensland. This permanent full time role operates 12-hour day and night shifts on a 4,5,5 roster, focusing on safe, reliable, and sustainable boilerhouse operations.

You will bring a current High Risk Work Licence with BI/BA endorsement, strong fault-finding skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. A forklift licence or EWP ticket is desirable but not essential.
