Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking reliable and safety-conscious Quarry Labourers to join our team at a busy quarry site in Googong NSW. This hands-on role involves a variety of manual tasks and equipment operation in a heavy-duty outdoor environment.

About the Role
n
You will play a vital part in supporting daily quarry operations. Key responsibilities may include:
n

- Cleaning and preparing work sites
n
- Operating tools and equipment
n
- Assisting and operation of excavation and digging machinery
n
- Supporting construction, tunnel, shaft, and demolition-related tasks
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free worksite
n
- Hour are 6am - 6pm Monday to Thursday, shorter shifts on Friday with optional OT on Saturday pending production levels (perm employees get first dibs)
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Experience in construction, quarrying, or heavy labouring environments
n
- Experience operating excavation or digging equipment (desirable)
n
- Physically fit and capable of undertaking demanding manual tasks
n
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow site procedures
n
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)
n
n
Compliance Requirements
n
n
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
n
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Driving record check
n
- White Card (Construction Induction)
n
n
