Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results driven PMO Manager to lead our project management office, establish governance frameworks, and ensure all projects deliver value aligned with organizational goals.

Experience: 5+ years in project management, with 3+ years in a PMO or leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic alignment: Ensure project goals match organizational strategy.
n
- Process & methodology: Design, implement, and maintain PM methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and standards.
n
- Portfolio management: Select, prioritize, and manage the execution of projects; maintain a project portfolio process.
n
- Performance monitoring: Track project progress, KPIs, and deliverables; conduct reviews and lessons learned.
n
- Stakeholder engagement: Communicate with sponsors, teams, and cross functional stakeholders.
n
- Risk & change management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget.
n
- Resource & budget management: Oversee PMO budget,



resource allocation, and capacity planning.
n
- Training & mentoring: Provide PMO training and guidance to project managers and team members.
n
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
n
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
n
- Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and methodologies.
n
- Analytical skills for budget, risk, and resource analysis.
n
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
n
- Cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
