We're looking for Operations Specialists (Drivers) to help maintain and manage our fleet of shared e-bikes across Sydney. This hands-on role suits someone mechanically minded who enjoys being outdoors, driving, and keeping things running smoothly.

Role: Ops Specialist (Driver)

n

Start Date: ASAP

n

Hours: Morning (6 am - 2 pm) or Afternoon (2 pm - 10 pm)

n

Shifts: Mon - Fri with the possibility of some weekend work

n

Pay Rate: $32.31p/h + super ($39.78p/h from 6pm - 10pm)

What You'll Do

n

Safely drive a van around Sydney to deploy, collect, and relocate e-bikes

n

Swap and charge batteries at the warehouse and in the field

n

Perform basic maintenance and report repairs when needed

n





Respond to in-app requests and ensure bikes are clean, safe, and available

n

Communicate with the operations and mechanics teams

n

Handle other related tasks as required

n

About You

n

25+ years old with a full, unrestricted driver's licence and safe driving record

n

Comfortable driving large vans (e.g., Iveco Daily) and working outdoors

n

Able to lift up to 30kg regularly

n

Tech-savvy and confident using mobile apps (iOS experience preferred)

n

Flexible with shift times, including evenings and weekends

n

Mechanically inclined and capable of minor onsite repairs

n

Positive knowledge of Sydney's roads (preferred)

n

Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn

n

Interest in bikes, fitness, or sustainability is a plus
