The Role

As a strategic pillar of our Life Operations unit, you will oversee the delivery of our group life insurance offering. You'll head an operational engine of 60+ specialists, leading through 5 direct Team Leaders across claims, underwriting, and member servicing.

- Location: Brisbane (Hybrid - 2 days in-office).

- Focus: Scaling operational excellence while maintaining deep member empathy.

About You

- Insurance Expert: Extensive experience in Group Life or superannuation-linked insurance.
n
- Proven Leader: A history of managing large-scale teams in regulated financial services.
n
- Technical Depth: Strong grasp of group life products and complex member servicing.
n
- Qualified: Tertiary qualifications or ALUCA accreditation is highly regarded.
