Job Description
Department for Education, Children and Young People TAS – Surfers Paradise QLD is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to relocate to Tasmania and lead a team at Ashley Youth Detention Centre near Deloraine. The role is frontline and shift-based, with a focus on running operations, supporting Youth Workers, and ensuring safety and outcomes for young people.

You will work 12-hour shifts with rotating rosters, and be allocated to daytime or nighttime roles.
