About the Role

n

Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you'll deliver a wide range of arboriculture services across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects throughout Ballarat and Victoria.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Tree climbing and aerial pruning
n
- Tree removals
n
- General arboriculture and tree maintenance
n
- Safe operation of modern arboriculture equipment
n




- Working to the highest safety standards
n
- Delivering quality outcomes for clients
n
- Working collaboratively as part of a professional crew
n

About You

n

We're looking for people who take pride in their work, value safety and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Experience as an Arborist and/or Tree Climber
n
- ESI certification
n
- A minimum of 12 months' climbing experience
n
- Strong climbing and aerial work skills
n
- A proactive, safety-first approach
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
