A global professional services organisation is seeking a Wellbeing and Recovery Manager to join its Pacific People Function team!

n

About your role

n

This role sits at the centre of injury management and wellbeing support across the business. You'll manage end-to-end claims and recovery processes, helping drive positive return-to-work outcomes while working closely with HR, WHS, and insurance/benefits teams.

Your role

n

n
- Manage end-to-end injury and claims processes, including RTW planning and case closure
n
- Partner with income protection and rehabilitation teams on salary continuance matters
n
- Work with HR and WHS teams to provide practical guidance and manage complex cases
n
- Maintain accurate case records, reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
n
- Coach people managers on RTW processes, benefits, and WHS frameworks
n
- Support delivery of broader health, safety,



and wellbeing initiatives
n

About you:

n

n
- Experience in workers' compensation and injury management, including RTW coordination
n
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and insurer requirements (AU/NZ experience preferred)
n
- Confident stakeholder management across HR, WHS, insurers, and providers
n
- Solid analytical skills and experience using case management systems
n
- Exposure to salary continuance or income protection processes
n
