SENIOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR (PART-TIME)

Pairing over two decades of industry experience with a genuine passion for environmentally conscious building, we are committed to delivering quality designs while creating as little impact on the setting as possible.

As a result of increasing demand for our unique living spaces, we now seek to add a Senior Construction Administrator (part‐time, 15hrs/week to start) to our team based in Palmwoods.

What you'll do

n

n
- Document management: client documents, variations, purchase orders, quotes and contracts.
n
- General administration support: manage emails, digital filing and assist in refining internal processes.
n
- Project administration: complete progress claims, track project tasks, deadlines and client requirements.
n
- Cost control: assist with job budgets, expenditure tracking and internal processes.
n
- Bookkeeping: assist with reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable, using Xero and Wunderbuild.
n
- Compliance and permitting: assist in ensuring all submissions meet contractual obligations,



local building codes and WHS standards.

What you'll bring

- Experience working in residential construction, trades or property development.

- High level proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management software packages.
n
- Ability to attend our home office in Palmwoods for in-person collaboration.
n
- Reliable high-speed internet for working from home.
n
- Exceptional communication and time management attributes.

- A genuine interest in sustainable building practices and willingness to represent the Eco‐Haus brand.

This is no ordinary position and you're no ordinary person: we have a varied, hybrid role covering general administration, project coordination, and bookkeeping support. You'll be a high achiever who is organised, practical and solutions-focused. You will have the industry experience to adapt when priorities change, plus the knowledge and confidence to be the first point of contact for customers, regulatory bodies, suppliers and trades.
