Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Imaging Operator to join our team at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd' in Campbelltown, Sydney. As a casual Imaging Operator, you will play a crucial role in our document management and archive processes, ensuring the accurate and efficient digitisation of our significant records.

What you'll be doing

Scanning and indexing a variety of documents, including correspondence, contracts, and other business records

n

Ensuring high-quality image capture and data entry to maintain the integrity of our document management system

n

Performing quality assurance checks on scanned images to identify and correct any errors

n

Collaborating with team members to streamline workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements

n

Adhering to strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive information

n

What we're looking for

n

Proficiency in using document scanning and imaging equipment, with a strong attention to detail

n

Excellent data entry and proofreading skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently

n

Good understanding of document management best practices and file naming conventions

n

Familiarity with enterprise content management systems or document imaging software

n





Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to process improvements
