Your Role

- Deliver residentfocused care under the guidance of Registered Nurses

- Assist with clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation
n
- Contribute to personalised care plans and ongoing reviews
n
- Provide care aligned with bestpractice clinical standards
n
- Support residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
n
- Experience supporting highcare and dementia residents
n
- Skills in wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, and clinical assessments
n
- Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
n
- COVID19 and flu vaccinations encouraged
n
