Cafe Highroad is a busy and well-established café located in Dickson. We pride ourselves on delivering quality food, solid team culture, and a positive working environment. We are looking for a dedicated chef who enjoys working in a supportive and friendly kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
n
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation
n
- Assist with kitchen operations and daily prep
n
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
n
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
n
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment
n

Requirements
n
n
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef
n
- Strong work ethic and reliability
n
- Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n
- Availability to work weekends
n
n
Working Conditions
n
n
- 5 days per week (including weekends)
n
- 38–42 hours per week
n
n
Salary & Benefits
n
n
- $70,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience)
n
- Annual leave + Superannuation provided
