Job Description

Lactalis Australia is seeking a Day Shift DC Coordinator to join the Lidcombe Distribution Centre. You will oversee daily operations, including order picking, loading, inventory control and safety, guiding a team to meet service targets and maintain schedules.

Reporting to the Lidcombe DC Manager, you'll drive continuous improvement, coach 10–20 staff, manage equipment and ensure compliance with safety and legislative requirements in a quick-paced environment.
