Job Description

Westpac Group in Sydney, NSW, Australia is seeking a Manager, Business Controls & Monitoring within Technology Strategy & Risk Advisory. The role is permanent full time with a hybrid working model based in Sydney.

You will partner with technology leaders to scale AI-enabled engineering, strengthen DevSecOps, and embed trust, safety and compliance by design. You will translate technology and engineering decisions into practical risk advice, balancing fast delivery with risk appetite.
