About the opportunity

We're partnering with a globally recognised brand to appoint a Finance Analyst within its group reporting function, on an initial 12-month contract. You'll be embedded within the divisional reporting team, gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial and financial activities, with a clear pathway to permanency beyond the contract term.

About the role

n

Reporting into the regional finance function, you'll take ownership of month-end reporting, performance analysis, forecasting support, and sales reporting across the business.

- Support the month-end process through reporting, analysis and reconciliations
n
- Analyse key business metrics, including volume, activity and profitability, and provide commentary on variances against forecast and budget
n
- Partner with local finance teams to review monthly forecasts, understand movements from prior submissions, and ensure reporting is accurate and delivered on time
n
- Prepare monthly management reporting and variance analysis to give senior leadership visibility over business performance
n
- Support financial systems processes and help ensure key reporting deadlines are met across the region
n
- Prepare regular sales reporting to support commercial decision-making
n
- Maintain core databases to ensure information remains accurate and current for planning and reporting purposes

strong with Excel, and genuinely curious about systems and data.

- Early stages through, or nearing completion of, your CA/CPA
n
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to interpret and present financial information clearly and accurately
n
- A proactive, self-sufficient approach — comfortable picking things up quickly and reaching out to stakeholders as needed
n
- Exposure to financial reporting or planning systems is highly regarded, though not essential
n
- A logical thinker, comfortable working at a regional, trend level rather than getting caught up in the finer detail
n
- Confident building relationships and collaborating with finance teams across multiple markets
n
