About the Role

n

n
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents.
n
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor residents' health.




n
- Administer medications in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
n
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
n
- Respond confidently and professionally to clinical changes and emergencies.
n
- Provide compassionate, person‐centred care to residents and their families.
n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
n
- Minimum 6 months' recent experience working within Australian aged care.
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Current National Police Check.
n
- Evidence of up‐to‐date vaccinations as required by our clients.
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for aged care.
