The Trustee for AMAA Group Trust we are currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager (Fast Food Chain Manager) to support our ongoing growth and ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

n

- Leadership, Staff Management and Performance Management Skills: Lead, train and supervise staff, including rostering, performance management and ongoing development.
n
- Recruitment and roster management skills: Conduct regular team meetings to communicate operational updates and expectations.
n
- Communication and interpersonal skills, Multi-tasking skills, Store and production Management Skills: Oversee and manage daily store operations in compliance with Pizza Kings' service standard, operational standards, food safety regulations and company procedures.
n
- Financial management, budgeting and financial administration: Ensure store cleanliness, product quality and presentation meet brand requirements.
n
- Uphold workplace health and safety standards and conduct regular safety checks.
n
- Stock and Inventory Management Skills: Manage stock levels, inventory control, cash handling and waste reduction.
n
- Purchasing and setting pricing of various items at the chain.
n
- Sales, promotions, pricing and profitability Management Skills: Monitor sales performance, analyse operational results and implement improvement strategies.
n
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute store promotions and local marketing activities.
n
- Organising advertisement and publications.
n
- Customer service Management skills: Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
n




- Knowledge and understanding: Food safety compliance, Work health and safety compliance, Pizza and food chains, Fast food restaurant, Restaurant management, Understanding of the menu and food items.
n

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in restaurant, café or fast-food management.
n
- Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality or a related field (essential).
n
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
n
- Strong understanding of fast-food/retail operations and inventory management.
n
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance requirements.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
n
- Proficiency with POS systems, rostering software and general computer applications.
n
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
- 1-2 years of chef/kitchen experience is preferred.
n

Work Location: In-person role at Pizza Kings Tarneit, Victoria.

n

Work Authorisation: Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.

n

Australian Citizens, Permanent residents or NZ citizens will be preferred.
