Job Description

HSA Group is a dynamic Australian company comprising three indoor climate and energy brands. We are seeking a creative, organised and motivated Marketing Assistant to support marketing activities across the Group.

Working closely with the Marketing & Brands Manager, this varied role covers social media, content creation, digital campaigns, print collateral, customer marketing requests and general marketing administration.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Create, schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
n
- Develop engaging written, graphic and video content using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
n
- Design and update marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, price guides, product guides, signage, advertisements and promotional materials.
n
- Prepare artwork for print and coordinate proofs, quotations and production with external suppliers.
n
- Manage marketing requests from customers, suppliers, sales teams and other internal stakeholders.
n
- Create customised and co-branded marketing materials in line with company brand guidelines.
n
- Assist with planning and delivering email, digital advertising, social media, product launch and promotional campaigns.
n
- Create, test and schedule email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
n
- Update website content, product information, images, downloads and project case studies.
n
- Support trade shows, customer events, training sessions and showroom promotions.
n




- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, brand assets and collateral stock.
n
- Monitor social media, email, website and campaign performance and assist with reporting.
n
- Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, consistent and aligned with each brand's visual identity and tone of voice.

- Provide general marketing and administrative support as required.

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
n
- Experience using Canva and social media platforms.
n
- Strong written communication, proofreading and attention to detail.
n
- Experience creating both digital and printed marketing materials.
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
n
- A proactive, creative and collaborative approach.
n
- Experience with email marketing platforms, website content management systems, video editing or digital advertising is highly regarded.
n
- Previous marketing or social media experience is desirable.
