We're looking for a capable Venue Manager to take ownership of an iconic regional hotel with genuine upside.

n

This is a full-scope venue - gaming, bar, kitchen, massive bottleshop and accommodation - so you'll be across everything that drives performance. You'll have the autonomy to run the venue properly, with support where it counts., You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations, including:

- Managing bar, gaming, kitchen, bottleshop and accommodation
n
- Driving revenue and improving consistency across the week
n
- Rosters, wages, and cost control
n
- Overseeing kitchen performance
n
- Building and leading a reliable team
n
- Compliance across gaming, liquor, WHS, and food safety
n
- Stock control and supplier management
n
- Reporting and working with senior ops on performance
n

About the Candidate

n




- Experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Venue Manager
n
- Strong understanding of gaming and F&B; operations
n
- You understand wages, margins, COGS and how to improve them
n
- Hands-on leadership - leads from the front
n
- Can work independently and take ownership
n
- Positive with people - staff and locals both matter
n

Work Environment

n
- $100,000 - $130,000 salary (depending on experience)
n
- Manager's apartment included (onsite)
n
- Meals and relocation support where required
n
