The Position:

n

Our company requires a permanent full time Building Supervisor who will be based in the Echuca region.

n

Duties and responsibilities include:

n

n
- Provide daily supervisions of multiple job sites, suppliers and trades.
n
- Good forward planning/coordinating of trades.
n
- Maintaining accurate build times without compromising on quality.
n
- Knowledge and adherence to OH&S; policies and procedures.
n
- Close liaison with clients from start of build to handover.
n
- Close liaison with internal and external staff members.
n
- Maintain and ensure data is recorded in the Company's tracking system.
n

Skills and experience:

n

n
- Work experience as a Building Supervisor.
n
- Strong project management skills to sequence trades efficiently.
n
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction.
n
- Extensive experience as a carpenter.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- Ability to be a genuine team player and able to work unsupervised.
n
- Excellent professional and personal presentation.
n
