Job Description

Hootsuite Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a select portfolio of customers on a 12-month contract in Australia. You will onboard customers, drive adoption, and ensure successful outcomes across enterprise and partner products.

You will engage in quarterly business reviews, monitor account health, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and growth, reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Success.
