Process Worker - Retail & Wholesale Butchery

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Process Worker to join our production team.

n

This hands-on role involves producing, packing and labelling a variety of food products while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety and cleanliness. You'll work closely with the team to complete daily production efficiently and on time.

n

Key responsibilities

n

Operate food-processing equipment, including labelers, vacuum sealers, ovens, cook tanks and mixers, etc.

n

Prepare products such as crumbed items, ready meals, pies and other value-added foods.

n

Pack products into trays or bags and apply labels accurately.

n

Follow product specifications, recipes and production procedures.

n

Record batch codes and other processing information for traceability.

n

Follow food-safety, workplace-safety and hygiene requirements.

n

Wear the required personal protective equipment at all times.

n





Minimise waste by handling ingredients, products and packaging carefully.

n

Complete cleaning and sanitation duties as required.

n

Assist with customer service when trained and required.

n

n

Have experience in food production, meat processing, manufacturing or a similar setting preferred but not essential.
