Apprentice Chef – Hospitality Training Network

Hospitality Training Network (HTN) is seeking an eager and dedicated Apprentice Chef to join the Royal Randwick Racecourse. You will receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while earning a full‐time wage.

What's Involved

n

- Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of dishes.
n
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, choppers, fryers and steamers under supervision.
n
- Learn different knife and cooking techniques.
n




- Clean, maintain and store kitchen equipment.
n
- Opportunity to work in various kitchen styles and cuisines.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Australian Citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency, or New Zealand Passport holder residing in Australia for more than six months.
n
- Passion for food and eagerness to learn.
n
- Good communication skills and initiative.
