n
Lead the team that keeps Policy Group's business running well.
n
We're looking for a permanent Team Leader, Business Advisory to lead our Business Advisory team within the Strategic Planning and Assurance Unit, providing high-quality strategic and operational advice to the Deputy Secretary and Policy Leadership Team.
n
You'll own the Group's financial management, planning, and performance processes, lead a team of Senior Business Advisors, and provide secretariat support that keeps senior leaders' decision-making on track.
n
If you've got strong business acumen, a track record of leading teams, and the relationship skills to work closely with senior leaders and business partners, we want to hear from you.

Ō Pūkenga/Skills And Experience
n
You'll bring proven leadership experience, strong financial and work programme planning skills, excellent attention to detail, and the relationship management skills to work across business units and with external parties. A tertiary degree in a relevant field (preferable) or equivalent experience, and the right to work in New Zealand, are essential.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
n
The appointing salary for this role will be between $130,129 and $168,062, and will be based on skills and experience.
