We are looking for customer service superstars to take on the role of Gaming Attendants in our busy hotel.

We have positions available for immediate start, day hours & night hours 25-30 hours a week, Monday to Sunday, must have RSA and RSG.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times

- Investigating and resolving customer queries
n
- Uphold our high standards of providing excellent hospitality
n
- Ensure venue is a clean and welcoming space
n
- Adhere to current VCGLRregulations and company policies
n

These positions require the availability to work a rotating roster of days, nights and weekends.

RSA qualifications are required. Gaming specific qualifications can be applied for whilst on the job or at a later date. Previous experience and qualifications will be held in high regard.
