At Hudson, we're a global talent solutions business. As part of our long-standing partnership with Tabcorp, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Sky Media, Australia's leading racing and sports broadcaster.

Based in Sydney, you'll work across both the CBD and Frenchs Forest offices, partnering with leaders to recruit a broad mix of talent across Sky Media, operations and corporate teams. With a strong focus on operational and volume recruitment, this is an ideal opportunity someone looking to build on their recruitment experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

n

No two days look the same in this role. You'll manage a busy recruitment portfolio, balancing volume hiring with business partnering and stakeholder engagement across the Sky Media business.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, broadcast and corporate roles
n
- Deliver volume hiring campaigns to meet business demand
n
- Partner with leaders and People & Culture on hiring needs
n
- Source and engage talent through a range of channels
n
- Use technology and insights to improve recruitment outcomes
n
- Contribute ideas that enhance how our team works

We're looking for someone who enjoys working at pace and keeping multiple priorities moving.

You might be working on a temp desk in agency recruitment, managing volume hiring internally, or already building your career within an RPO workplace. You'll have:

- Experience managing volume hiring and multiple vacancies
n
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
n
- Confidence building relationships with stakeholders
n
- An interest in AI and emerging recruitment technology
n
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
