As we continue to grow, we're searching for an exceptional Recoveries Manager to lead our high-performing teams across Queensland and Victoria.

To Be Successful You'll Have

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within the debt collections industry
n
- Robust knowledge of relevant industry legislation and compliance requirements
n
- Tertiary qualifications (preferred)
n
- Previous people leadership experience with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop others
n
- A track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Current police clearance, or ability to obtain one
n
