Job Description

Premier Retail is seeking an entry-level IT Support professional to join the Service Desk. This full time, 12-month fixed-term role involves a rotating roster across mornings, afternoons and nights, based at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd in Melbourne.

You will handle IT queries, assist store teams and office staff, and escalate complex issues to the Service Desk Manager while ensuring timely updates to users.
