Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a versatile contractor role within a supportive multidisciplinary allied health environment, delivering meaningful outcomes for NDIS and community clients? Our client is a growing allied health service provider delivering NDIS-funded and community-based rehabilitation services across Melbourne. Their focus is on person-centred care, supporting individuals to improve independence, mobility, and participation in everyday life through evidence-based therapy.

The team operates across clinic, home, and community settings , supporting clients of all ages with a strong emphasis on functional, goal-driven intervention. About the Role As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:
n

- Conduct functional capacity assessments and comprehensive OT reports
n
- Provide assistive technology assessments, recommendations, and trials
n
- Deliver home modifications assessments and equipment prescription
n
- Support clients with capacity-building interventions across daily living, cognition, and community participation
n
- Work with a varied caseload including NDIS participants, aged care clients, and community referrals
n
- Deliver therapy in clinic, home, and community environments
n
- Collaborate closely with families, carers, support coordinators, and other health professionals
n
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation aligned with NDIS requirements
n
- Work independently while being supported by a multidisciplinary clinical team
n

Supportive, growth-focused clinical culture Essential Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
n
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Strong communication and report-writing skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
n
- Commitment to client-centred, evidence-based practice

- Highly Regarded Experience in NDIS and community disability practice

- Experience with assistive technology and home modifications

- Background in paediatrics, aged care, or mixed caseloads

- Strong functional assessment and report writing experience
