The Role

n

Join a well-coordinated care team supporting a long-term NDIS male participant who requires a friendly, male support worker to assist in community access and personal care. You'll provide a mix of:

n

n
- Emotional support and companionship
n
- Domestic assistance and community access
n
- Following strict guidelines outlined in care plan
n
- Experience supporting clients with high mental health needs (desirable)
n

n

Note: This role involves supporting a participant with complex psychosocial needs and includes managing behaviours of concern, personal care, and maintaining a safe living environment.

n

You'll be great in this role if you are/have

- Sympathetic, empathetic and personable!
n
- NSW Driver Licence and your own insured vehicle
n
- Current Checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid & CPR
n
- Reliable availability in the Inner West Sydney Region
n

Highly regarded

- Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs
n
- Willingness to assist with cleaning and maintaining a protected home environment
n
- Confidence with care plans, incident reporting and team communication
n
