Job Description

As a key member of our team, you'll support both our clinical and front office operations, helping create a seamless experience for patients and clinicians alike.

n

Responsibilities include

n

- Chairside assisting during specialist dental procedures
n
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical set-up standards
n
- Instrument sterilisation and infection control procedures
n
- Managing patient appointments and treatment schedules
n
- Answering phone and email enquiries
n
- Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
n
- Processing payments and managing administrative tasks
n
- Supporting clinicians to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
n

Qualifications

n

What We're Looking For

n

n




- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist in Australia - Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded
n
- Proactive, punctual, and reliable
n
- Understanding of infection control protocols
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
n
- Professional presentation and a patient-focused approach
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Previous Periodontal (Perio) experience
n
- Experience working within a specialist dental practice
n
- Knowledge of dental practice management software
n

n
