As a Warehouse Assistant & Vending Machine Filler at Xvend Vending Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vending machines across the South East QLD region. This is a casual position offering 35-45 hours per week with chance to move to full time after 12 months with the company.

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Refilling vending machines with a variety of snacks, drinks and other products
n
- Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting on vending machines
n
- Ensuring machines are clean, well-stocked and functioning properly
n
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and end-users
n
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting any issues
n
- Adhering to all health, safety and security protocols
n
- Assisting in the warehouse with deliveries, unpacking and organising stock.
n
n
What we're looking for

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
n
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule
n
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn vending machine maintenance
n
- Good physical fitness to manoeuvre and restock vending machines
n
- Familiarity with warehousing, storage and distribution operations is preferred
n

To be successful in this role you will:
n
n
- Hold a full Australian open license and good driving record.
n
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
n
- Be a minimum of 24 years of age
n
- Have rights to work in Australia without restriction.
n
- Have or be willing to obtain a White Card and National Police check
n
- Complete White Card and National Police Check certification within the first month of employment
n
- White Card and National Police Check certification may be completed either before commencing employment or within the first month of employment
n
- Complete White Card and National Police Check certification before commencing employment
n
- Good active listener.
n
- Be able to work independently and within a team.
n
- Have attention to detail
n
- Be self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy and a strong work ethic.
n
- Be available Monday-Friday, between 5am and 5pm
