About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team based in Miperra. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
n
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
n




- Preparing and processing payment runs
n
- Supplier statement reconciliations and follow-up of outstanding items
n
- Maintaining accurate supplier records and accounts payable documentation
n
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes
n
- Supporting audit requirements, including reconciliations and documentation
n
- Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
n
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position
n
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
- Experience with supplier reconciliations and payment processing
n
- Exposure to audit support and month-end processes highly regarded
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
