We are seeking a motivated graduate looking to build a long-term career in Engineering as part of our 2027 Graduate Intake. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about applying technical knowledge in real-world environments and developing their career within a large, complex industrial organisation.

You will join a two-year graduate development program designed to provide hands‐on experience, exposure to real engineering projects, and insight into end-to-end operations. Rotations will span a range of engineering disciplines and operational areas.
n
Throughout the program, you will develop key technical and professional skills including problem-solving, data and systems analysis, continuous improvement, safety and risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Your learning will be supported through mentoring, formal development activities and on-the-job experience in a fast‐paced workplace.

At the successful completion of the program, graduates are guaranteed permanent placement within the organisation.

To be successful, you will:

- Be a recent graduate (0-2 years) or in your final year of study in Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronic preferred)
n
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and technical aptitude
n
- Have effective communication and teamwork skills
n
- Show an interest in industrial operations, equipment, or large‐scale infrastructure
n
- Be proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
n

Applicants must attach their academic transcript (an unofficial transcript is accepted if graduation is pending) and are encouraged to complete a cover letter. Successful applicants will be invited to attend a video interview, followed by an engagement centre, interview and to meet other Graduates and Program Sponsors in late June 2026.
