Key Responsibilities

- Assistant in managing the daily operations of the service department
n
- Provide support to service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and productive service
n
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service recommendations in a professional and friendly manner
n
- Drive customer retention and satisfaction
n
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure goals are met and customer expectations are exceeded
n
- Ensure that all service appointments, repairs, and maintenance are scheduled and completed on time
n
- Mentor staff, ensuring adherence to our best practices and customer service standards
n

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager within the automotive industry
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
n
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
n
- A team-oriented attitude with strong leadership abilities
n
- Familiarity with Ford vehicles and/or automotive technology is a plus
