In this role, you'll:

n

Working as part of a team delivering customer support through a busy multi-channel contact centre, you'll assist internal and external customers across phone, live chat and administrative channels.

n

This role will see you resolving enquiries, processing transactions, and using multiple systems to deliver accurate, timely and customer-focused outcomes.

n

You will deliver excellent customer service in a quick-paced environment while building positive relationships, solving problems and contributing to continuous improvement.

n

Your communication skills, customer focus and ability to multitask, gained in customer service, administration, shared services or contact centre environments, will see you thrive in this role.

n





You're recognised for providing great customer experiences, working collaboratively and adapting quickly to new systems and processes.

Positions are based in Dubbo.

Rostered Shifts

n

This role requires availability to work across rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday), as per below:

- 8:00am to 5:15pm (office-based)
n
- 10:30am to 7:45pm
n
- 12:30pm to 8:45pm
n
- 2:45pm to 12:00am
n

n

All afternoon and evening shifts can be worked from home.
