About The Role

n

You will be working with a tidy and well maintained mixed use portfolio.

n

n
- Liaising with Owners Corporations as required
n
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
n
- Convene and conduct meetings
n
- Attending networking events
n

n

About you

n

Candidates with relevant related experience within the Owners Corporation space will be considered.

n

Ideal but not essential.

n

n
- 1 - 2 + years experience in Owners Corp industry
n
- Ability to manage diverse portfolios
n
- High attention to detail and administrative skills
n
- Understanding of Owners Corp Legislation and related regulations in VIC
n
- Experienced in building and maintaining strong client relationships
