We have opportunities available for Active Night and Sleepover Permanent Part Time / Casual Night Shift Support Workers with experience to support Male participants in Support Independent Living (SIL) for an immediate start.

n





This role is ideal for confident and compassionate individuals who want more than just a job - you'll be part of a team committed to raising the standard of disability support.

n

Our ideal candidates will have at least one years' experience in the industry and will have experience with the following.

n

n
- Complex, high behavioural needs
n
- Community mental health
n
- Child Safety experience
n
- Medication administration
n
- Experience working with Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)
n
- Experience with Restrictive Practice (RP) implementation (high desirable)
n

Candidate qualifications:

n

Our ideal candidates will possess the following:

n

n
- Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtain
n
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
n
- Current Australian Police Clearance/ Criminal History Check
n
- Current Driver License
n
- Current NDIS Workers Screening & Working with Children Check
n
