About the Role
n
TheClient Specialist is responsible for growing and strengthening Affinity's relationships with hospitals and healthcare services across their portfolio.
n
This is a strategic, relationship focused role. You will build robust partnerships with key stakeholders, understand workforce demand and market trends, identify opportunities and position Affinity as a trusted workforce partner.
n
Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will anticipate workforce needs, influence outcomes and help deliver solutions that support both client success and business growth.
n
Success in this role comes from building credibility, creating influence and turning market insight into action. This role does not have direct budget or P&L; responsibility. There is no travel required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Take ownership of portfolio performance, actively identifying what is driving results and where outcomes need to improve.
n
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's structure, workforce needs, operating environment and future demand.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders through regular, proactive communication across your portfolio.
n
- Anticipate client needs, identify opportunities and deliver solutions before issues arise.
n
- Use data, client feedback and market intelligence to identify patterns and make informed decisions about where to focus effort.
n
- Respond to feedback, concerns and challenges in a way that strengthens long term partnerships.
n
- Monitor workforce trends, competitor activity and market conditions to identify opportunities and position Affinity ahead of competitors.
n
- Support the strategic presentation of candidates in collaboration with internal teams to maximize placement success.
n
- Contribute to portfolio growth,
account stability and market share through effective relationship management and client engagement.
n
- Share client insights and market intelligence to support service delivery and business decision making.
n
- Influence outcomes through collaboration, coaching and knowledge sharing across teams.
n
n
Preferred Experience
n
n
- Healthcare, hospital, workforce solutions or recruitment experience.
n
- Experience managing customer or stakeholder relationships.
n
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
n
n
