Job Description

E4 People is recruiting a Facility Manager for a 113-bed residential aged care home near Fairfield, NSW. You will lead clinical governance, operations, workforce development and continuous quality improvement, working with two Clinical Care Coordinators and two RNs.

The role focuses on resident outcomes, compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, and strategic leadership. You are an accountable, hands-on leader with RN registration and extensive aged care experience, capable of mentoring
