Job Description
We're looking for a Field Service Supervisor to lead a small field service crew working on pump installation and repair across Central Coast water treatment sites. You'll be responsible for yourself and two other crew members as a subcontracted team, acting as the company's rep on site and working hands‐on alongside them — this isn't a desk job. There's admin behind the scenes too — estimating, SWMS, job packs and ITPs — but the core of the role is running the crew and the job on site.
